Yet maintaining full control of our own fixture, showing games in the daytime which is preferred by fans at the game, and showing 4 FTA games into new markets each week.
Not only that, we got more money and a better TV schedule

God forbid the AFL should look after its own followers by providing them with half decent match viewing opportunities. One might say that the AFL got as much as it did without sacrificing its scheduling, without an Origin series, without internationals, without prime time grand finals etc etc.
wookie, wasnt there an article a few months back claiming that SOO could be worth 30% or 40% of the overall broast deal?
