Didnt the live NRL only get 347k?
So 1 in 4.5 people watching sport in Sydney last night chose AFL over the NRL

Firstly I never questioned attendances , tha'ts another thread. Its near impossible to find records records going back that far, But we both know what happend - it was a failure, no one wanted to part of it no one cared. If it was successful the AFL would'nt of been so quick to dump it!

I think the AFL should have persevered. Surely it could'nt of been any worse than the crap they dish out on a weekly basis.

What they dish out week in week out was preferred but the football community. Soo is a sideshow only. The fact that it is your sports pinnacle says everything

Its bigger on TV only, not necessarily overall, and even then the comparison isnt true given only one is in prime time.
