Imagine if the storm were doing poorly this year, that 30k would turn into like 10 or 15

Just 30,000 watched Storm win in Melbourne last night on 9Gem.

Despite millions and years being invested into the club.

Massive fail for NRL & Nine I'd say.
37k watched on PTV Truthsayer. The Swans got just 47k and they've be around a fair bit longer than the storm and had more than twice the money spent on them.

No Gem or regionals have been announced. [-(

The ratings are for 15.5 teams in the NRL and 18 teams for the AFL - so evens out. And the STV ratings for AFL the last two weeks have been particularly poor.

15.5 is more than 12 which is 2/3rds of our teams.

This does get tiresome!!!! Into the goldfish bowl we go. For 124th time Fred here it is: The NRL has a NZ team. Whenever they play Fox or Ch 9 only allocate ratings from Australia. The NZ ratings are not counted - that's their home supporters.

That effectively means one game in every round of the NRL has ratings only counted from ONE team - half a game. Please read this slowly and try to comprehend.

It would be like West Coast's WA ratings not being counted for every game they play of the season - comprendere?????

No you are wrong ... again. In Australia 8 games are played and watched by Australians. Your lack of knowledge of basic statics analysis amazes me. I see the point being made but totally disagree on the rationale. It's simply wrong.

I pay my accountant a lot of money to manage my affairs - but I'll pass on your regards :)

Funny you mention it - he and his lovely wife are having us over tonight for dinner. I'd forgotten all about it.

There are 16 teams in the NRL Fred. But because of your 'broken record' like carry on (only Australia, only Australia). You have reduced the NRL to just 15 teams because that's all the teams they have in Australia. What part of this do you have trouble grasping?
