(regarding the Titans) it has simply come down to management..

they were success when entering the League.

but since 2011 till 2017 they have been the worst run club in the league.
the results have spoken.

Just goes to show how difficult expansion is, even with increadible on field success

Well they did train at a local school due to being kicked out of their past facilities!

I showed you earlier in the thread that stated they were training at a school and shared admin buildings with the council! Due to being kicked out of their previous facilities for not being able to pay bill!
