They're still independent games that are shown fully into each market. 1 game rates well at 1.2m, the second not as well at 600k. The AFL games are shown concurrently into multiple markets so they effectively only make 1 full game. The maximum ratings would be 1.2-1.4m because not every market watches every game.

How many years have you been told this and you still fail to understand? #-o

its a condition the NRL folk suffer from xman
its called "refusing to believe reality"
they also ignore the other key factor's, why does the NRL get raped in, league and club revenue, memberships and sponsorship and crowd numbers? :thumbleft:

The best things in life are free.

The rampant butthurt from Xbut is hilarious to watch.........................
:_<>
He is trying to take a Live game at 730pm and a Delayed game at 10pm with 25mins worth of adds throughout in Sydney/Brisbane and join them to together and call them 2 Live games in primetime.

He would like to make an argument to split the TV ratings of the NRL because he is so butthurt about the Friday night NRL slaughtering the AFL.

This is what butthurt AFL fans do.............................that is why they only like to compare metro TV ratings because it suits there argument.........................................desperate inbreeds comes to mind when i think of AFL fans from melbourne................. :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/

No, if you have half a brain you'll understand the comparison

On FN the NRL show two games. Their live coverage gets 1.2m. Then they show the other game into the other markets (Broncos to Sydney, Sydney team to Bris) on delay for about 600k. Therefore a total of 1.8m for both independant telecasts

On SN the AFL show two games. Their live coverage gets 1.2m but they dont show the "other" game into the markets that missed out. EG Perth dont see the Sydney game, they only see the Perth game. Therefore their total for both games is 1.2m because the 2 games are shown concurrently.

Any questions??

You seem to struggle with the ability to count .

7/7mate = 677 regionals about 220 Ptv 247 tot = 1.14 almost 100k short.

How true, they like to only use metro only because in the AFL states over 75% of people live in the oztam's counting area in comparison to RL state's 55%
