Ahhh, this must be a typo. No homeland team could have such a low figure. Surley its 14,200. Please recheck.Rabbit wrote:Sharks 4,200
Compared to a couple of years ago, there outstanding. Just remember that RL fans have never really had membership embraced in with the culture of the team they follow, the NRL has come a long way since then. You could say AFL have bigger numbers over and over (which will always be obvious), but the fact the commission have set out a strategic plan to gain 400k members is well in sight as the changes are already being seen across the clubs (look at parramattas overall membership last year to this years at this point is incredible).Xman wrote:staggaring numbers..... =D>eelofwest wrote:Yeah the Melbourne numbers have not moved for months on the Storm Site so i would say maybe more then 9k but we will wait and see.Brandz wrote:I seen GC's numbers on an article or on twitter can't remember which one it was mate.

Didn't their stadium redevelopment get the can by the NSW Gov?Brandz wrote:Cronulla Sharks membership numbers in previous years and now:Xman wrote:Ahhh, this must be a typo. No homeland team could have such a low figure. Surley its 14,200. Please recheck.Rabbit wrote:Sharks 4,200
2010 - 4,100
2011 - 4,900
2012 - 6, 878
2013 - 4,200 (December)
The sharks membership numbers are steadily rising and as part of the strategic plan they should have 15,000 by 2017. They have set out a goal of 10,000 memberships this year and I think they will achieve this goal, it is amazing for a club that was almost defunct a couple of years ago and now with the re-development of the stadium and the shopping centre, they will have plenty of money to splash around.
So its not a typo? FMD!Brandz wrote:Cronulla Sharks membership numbers in previous years and now:Xman wrote:Ahhh, this must be a typo. No homeland team could have such a low figure. Surley its 14,200. Please recheck.Rabbit wrote:Sharks 4,200
