You still haven't apologised for trying to deceive all and sundry by saying the skills are completely different. Now apologise nlol!
Then I'll answer your silly question above
what apology? I'm clearly correct. AFL and soccer balls react differently in the air because they spin differently, which is why different kicking techniques are required.
How can you be this stupid? Watch one of the international games and you'll see how the AFL players are all at sea when trying even simple passes or shots at goal.

I played Aussie rules, then when living in Europe hoooked up with a bunchbofbirish lads and played gaelic. The skills are identical. Drop punt, inside of foot, round the body, outside of foot can all be used and are used in both codes all the time. The handball is also almost identical. The different ball takes some hours to master regarding its size and weight but it's not freakin rocket science and the skills are the same.
I have watched the international rules and yes it is amusing to see how men being paid a million $$$ ++ to be a professional athlete are beaten by a bunch of men from a smaller country paid zilch you're right, your AFL lads are "all at sea"

if the skills were identical the players could easily interchange between codes. Yet they dont. Kennelly "In 1999, he signed a rookie contract with the Sydney Swans.[5][6] After his debut in 2001 (following elevation from the rookie list), he became a permanent fixture in the Sydney line-up as a dashing rebound defender, wearing the number 17 guernsey."https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tadhg_Kennelly He didnt play regularly until 2002, 3 years after being recruited by the Swans.
This is how the Irish kick pretty much every shot at goal and pass
This is how most AR shots at goal or passes are kicked
I realise you're pretty stupid, but even you should be able to see the huge difference in techniques
The handball is also almost identical
Nope, not even close .

review your post again nlol. And please, give us a laugh and say "not even close" again!
I mean seriously. Are you filling blind? The hand ball is incredibly similar and for your info the vid you showed ain't the only way Gaelic players handball. And the Gaelic YouTube vid you provide showing the kick is not at all dissimilar to lance franklins preferred style of kicking and again it ain't by a long shot the only way they kick the ball. They use drop punts heaps you stoopid butt twerk nlol!
Dear lord, working with the dimmest of the dimwits here
Re: Amateur Irish bog farmers set to flog fully professional AFL prima donna's - AGAIN!!!

They handball with the front of their palm or fist, not the side like AFL players.
And the Gaelic YouTube vid you provide showing the kick is not at all dissimilar to lance franklins preferred style of kicking
Franklin may kick accross his body but he doesnt kick long goals or passes from the instep. No AFL players do.
and again it ain't by a long shot the only way they kick the ball. They use drop punts heaps you stoopid butt twerk nlol!
show me a video of a gaelic drop punt off the front of the foot
Oh dear. You stoopid lil butt twerk.
Seriously get a grip. You claim the skills are "completely different". The handball with front of the hand is not a completely different skill to a hand ball with the side of the hand. A completely different skill to an AFL handball would be juggling and butt twerking you stoopid stoopid lil butt twerk nlol and to put icing on the cake Gaelic footy players will also use the side of the fist to handball
And finally you ask me to show you a vid of Gaelic footy player doing a drop punts off front of foot.
Oh dear, this is where ur cluelessness shines brightest!
[BBvideo=][/BBvideo]
Here's a vid with about 50 drop punts. Prob less than the number of drop punts that occur in an avg Gaelic game but .. it more than proves my point and makes you look like a lil butt twerk again so I'm happy

They arent drop punts like an AFL kick. These kicks dont spin backwards gaining height, they spin forwards and drop. You've demonstrated the exact issue. The ball behaves completely differently

But but but, the ball is different, it flies different tell us something we don't know nlol ya dimwit
And You weren't talking about how the ball is flying in the air ya silly lil butt twerk
You said "the skills are completely different"
I know, it's hard to be a loser and sometimes changing the goal posts to save face seems like a good option. But nlol, my stoopid lil butt twerk you, I think you'd look much better just owning the fact that the skills applied are as close as you can possibly get.
Thanks for coming into my thread tho nlol. It's been amusing and scary to see how dumb you are.

which is what Ive been saying all along. Finally you agree. Well done
And You weren't talking about how the ball is flying in the air ya silly lil butt twerk
You said "the skills are completely different"
they are different because the normal technique wont deliver the ball to a target in the same way. Huge adjustments need to be made
Thanks for proving my original point for me =D>

Oh!!! Shit I think I just realised ur problem. Ur so dumb u don't even know what the word skill actually means. Do you actually know what the word skill means nlol?
Lemme break down the skill of an AFL drop punt for you.
1. With one hand guide the ball with the point facing straight downwards towards the foot you wish to kick the ball with.
2. Drop the ball so that the point of the ball connects with the top bridge of ur kicking foot.
3. Keep head over ball and swing through kick
Now for a Gaelic footy punt you follow the exact same procedure except you don't have to worry about guiding the ball with the point facing downwards
"Completely different"

I think Nrol has a point...... so to speak.
Are there kicks in the field of play not just at goal also ?

the kicks you showed are not drop punts, they are different. The round ball spins forward and drops quickly. The oval ball spins backwards and climbs.
