I wouldn't say it is a joke..

It is just not at the same level as the AFL in regards to a few of your points.
Though Memberships and especially sponsorship is climbing, throughout the NRL

And yet the AFL clubs owe over $90m and than there's all the millions of dollars in handouts they get from the AFL.......................League Crap your such a dick!

What's he do ignores where he was shown up & rants about sporting clubs .
He can't seem to see the difference between a Leagues club & an under 7 junior RL team .

Then you havent been paying a lot of attention - sponsorships ARE rising. Gate returns are about par for a mid to low level AFL club. Membership revenues remain low though, but im not sure they account for it the same way,

Given the fact Sydney is the most populated city and has by the highest advertising/sponsorship dollar in Australia why are the AFL clubs so far ahead?

I'm talking about the small to mid AFL clubs compared to the nrlol clubs? Not the swans or traditional larger clubs!

Well given the fact the nrlol clubs have these big league clubs to whore their little nrlol club out! Tax payer funded club grounds? You know things the AFL has never gotten?
