It was packed to capacity for both games
Until halfway through 2nd half of 2nd game
When Broncos were smashing Manly
52 k crowd watched first game x
& 52 k crowd watched second game .
Not hard to understand
Your an idiot there was one game following the other and the NRL put out the attendance of 52323! It doesn't mean there is double the crowd as only the one crowd turned up! FFS the rampant stupidity!
Lol
Just lol
2 games of footy
Game one watched by 52k
Game 2 watched by 52 k
So all you need to do is play all 8 games in a row with 52k watching and your average would be 52k

Lol
Not feasible .
But a double header is
2 games both had a crowd of 52 k watching .

I posted above I was there
& yes the place was full for both games .
Until 20 mins from F/T in the second game when Manly were no hope & getting smashed
It's not hard to work out .
52 k was the crowd watching game 1
52 K was the crowd watching game 2

Your foxtel ratings are up overall due to more subscriptions which has been driven by more games on fox.
Your delayed game is now live and shown in isolation. It also helps that your STANDOUT biggest club is again near the top. How do NRL fans put up with the Broncos only missing 2 final series in 28 years?
Theres your increase right there
foxtel ratings up due to more subscriptions
So our ratings are up because we have more viewers? Mmh, sounds pretty right to me

No, same viewers, but now watching foxtel instead of FTA. Why do you think your FTA ratings have dropped?
On overnight figures there are 9m more viewers this year than last. That is a fact. Regardless of what they are watching on.

they arent additional viewers, there the same people watching more games. If they were additional or new viewers your best rating games would be higher, but theyre not. In fact your best rating games are well behind the AFL

It doesn't work that way it's how many turns a turnstile. Hence 52k

I disagree. The additional fox games have lead to an increase in subscriptions which in turn has lead to a bigger audience in all fox ratings. Add to that the extra live game FTA prime time

Im talking about growth as in new fans not necessarily increased ratings due to the same fans watching more games

The additional Fox games have also lead to a decrease in CH9 viewers.
2015 - no simulcast - Ch 9 viewers = 4
2016 - simulcast - CH9 viewers 3 + fox 1 = 4 ..... how does that mean additional viewers?
simulcasting though, will mean some extra viewers. Only there are 9 thousands new viewers ie people who wern't watching the game, on last year.
Its not an additional live game either its a live game instead of a delayed game. It means there were 650-700k watching now that wern't previously.

yes the FTA simulcast ratings are down, but the fox games overall are up, which is what I'm referring to.
You dont have 'new' people watching RL, you have the same people watching more games due to more live games and more foxtel subscriptions

& how do you know the new FOX subscriptions are Current RL fans ?
How do you know they're Not new fans to the game
There's no data that states that .

because if there were additional 'new' RL viewers your highest rating games (Friday night fox & FTA) would be higher than previous years, yet theyre not

Your argument would make sense if the total viewership - fox + fta - stayed at the same level. yet it hasnt. theres been a significant increase there as well.
their average prime time games will increase due to no delayed game to drag the average down. But have their highest rating games increased? Eg: their opening game ratings this year compared to last year. As I see it this is what shows total audience which would demonstrate new fans
