Dismal start to 2015 for NRL crowds

Thats the point. The swans have the highest average crowd of any Sydney sporting club despite playing only 2 games vs a local team. Show me any Sydney NRL team that can draw a consistent crowd of 25-35k vs a team from interstate. In fact show me a similar drawing power vs a local Sydney team.

Why? Why so pathetically low?

The part you ignore is the failure of the NRL to attract decent crowds on a regular basis. 4 large NRL clubs with less than 36k between them.
