Central to the financial stability of the league and its clubs is the AFL’s Future Fund, which the league values at $89.4 million, but has never held more than its current cash value of $63m.

Why should Shaun Kenny Dowall be stood down ? why should he even be in this thread? Just because somebody accused you or pointed the finger in your direction doesn't mean you should be stood down. He pled innocent and until he's found guilty the NRL shouldn't get involved. In next years GF lets all take AVO's out against the opositions key players.

TROUBLED Wests Tigers forward Matthew Lodge has been arrested in New York City accused of stalking two women — and telling them “this is the night you die” — before allegedly assaulting a man who came to their rescue.
The 20-year-old, who was stood down by the Tigers last month after being charged with domestic violence and stalking offences in Sydney, had been out celebrating the end of the NRL season on Friday night before allegedly stalking the women as they returned to their apartment building just after 10pm.
A New York City Police Department spokesman said Lodge allegedly told the frightened women “this is the night you die” before following them into the unit complex.
“The women were let into the building by a resident of the building,” the police spokesman said.
“The suspect also made his way into the building and then into the man’s apartment who let the women in.
“He was trying to help them out, he let them into his apartment, Lodge followed them into the apartment, there he assaulted the male in his apartment.

Being accused of a crime is not a crime anymore then being investigated for a crime.
