I doubt they will fold

the A league would be in damage control..
Big area to lose if they do...
fold is a voluntary term
wound up is an act of a court

the FFA will regain control from Tinkler ....
they have to

they have a 5 game a week contract with Foxtel
& while it will cost them a bucket to keep them on the field .... 2 million for the rest of 14/15
& up to another 5 million for 2015/16
they have no choice

the damages bill foxtel would sue for would top 15 million
failing that
foxtel would dissolve the present deal as FFA have defaulted & negotiate another one worth much less then the present deal
Gallop won't allow this to happen

sooker in Australia

a fucking joke

fucking joke    :_<> :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/

The FFA would be stupid to keep the N.Z team in at this rate..

I would go Wollongong...

Liverpool haven't heard that one yet... Too close to Parramatta I think.

A broader team that represents liverpool-casula-campbelltown-camden representing south west sd the same way WSW represents parra, hills, blacktown, etc in the central west to north west

Over 1m people live in that column as is, and its the Fastst growing region in the country, deserves its own team

Yeah that's a True Point...
Massive region.. so many houses and infrastructure being built in that area...

I think the NRL want the Tigers to make that area there home too..
they see the Advantage

I did some work out there a couple weeks ago and couldn't believe how many new houses were being built there, I heard and read stuff but its something else seeing it in person. They predict Sydney's population to double by 2050....you can see already where the next 4m people are going to be flocking to.

Tigers and even the bulldogs could take advantage, tigers would obv have a head start though. Whoever gets there first really. Obviously I want the hal there first as my agenda but its sitting there for the taking.

Build a new training facility, base ur operations there and its done.

Wellington is complicated.

The TV Rights covers the cap, so I would hardly think the owner(s) are bleeding much at all (mainly depends on their stadium deal)

.

plus
the Jets are about to be wound up in the next 7 days or so by the NSW dept of state revenue over outstanding debts to them
FFA will need to find 500K ... that they don't have atm but may be able to borrow .... to pay the bill
players are unpaid
front office staff are ... unpaid
coaching staff .. unpaid
the bill may end up at 750K for this month just to keep them taking the field for the rest of this season so FFA doesn't default on their TV contract with foxtel

the bill may end up at 2 million for FFA for the rest of this season to keep them playing
its a fucking disaster

enjoy
I quoted you directly, you said 1 week, the. You went on about the FFA not having the money etc. it is bullshit.

So I ask again, are you willing to stand up for what you said. You claimed they would be wound up in 7 days, you wrote that. So are you willing to make the bet, if they are would up like you are saying I will leave the board. If they are not, you have to leave the board.

I think it is a fair bet, why do you keep running from it.

Either you don't believe what you wrote
Or
Well actually that's pretty much it, by not accepting the bet clearly shows you don't actually believe the shit you write.

So come on lyingdave, don't be a coward, stand up. I am happy to bet that what you wrote is bullshit, are you willing to stand up for what you wrote?

Coward
