the reason there is no team is simple, it rates like a lead balloon and the only reason you get between 5k and 14k a few times a year is also simple, the southerns needing a fix go to a game or two a year, also you usually have swans fans screaming up the Hume when they play from Sydney which is 2 hours drive.

That's why I mentioned 5k, when the swans don't play and someone like gws, kangawhos from north somewhere or some fraud bulldogs team, only the ex pat and southern visitors turn up.

You might crap on about the raiders like a lot of morons around here do, but at least their average is over 30 years playing at least 11 games a year since day dot, like all clubs, they have their ups and downs, they'll get it right soon enough. Meanwhile, you and your mate the sokka fan can worry about getting a game or two a year in Canberra and praying more than 3k turn up in sokkas case and 5k if gws play.

And those numbers are included in the TV ratings.
