Apologies for the bump. But is OP cooked? Seeing that he/she didn't post on April thinking this is a joke thread. Melbourne shits all over Sydney. I grew up in Sydney and have been to Melbourne many times. Nearly every Sydneysider I know agree melbourne is much better. Melbourne is much cleaner, better roads, not as much shit drivers, better culture and of course much much better at hosting sporting events. Even though there are a lot of Sydneysider that agree with me. There are some such like OP who are jealous.

Um did you even read the op bro? I suggested there are decent elements of culture but he city itself is butt fugly. Please re read the op, and engage ur brain if you would like to argue against it. This thread is about how butt fugly melbs is. It also touches on how a place with such ugly geographical landscapes can become a place which easily attracts big crowds to often fairly ordinary sporting events.

There's no beaches, barely a nice park, no national parks nearby, a fugly bay and generally damp dank greyness all around so often one has little better to do than to go to the footy and scream out baaaaaawwwll!
