I read years ago somewhere that a few old time rulers of some African and South American countries used to drink their own urine. They said it gave them a type of drunk feeling or something similar. (Probably why they were nuts literally )

a lot of the smaller countries in the CONCACAF region piss in bags and throw them at opposing players during qualification, there way of getting home advantage

luckily the only thing australian players have to worry about when it comes to over-excited opposing fans is when we play in the middle east during qualification where they pump arab music at max volume throughout the match. actually quite funny when watching on tv

culture thing i guess? in saying that, maybe people like carney and dave should move to panama, their pissing exploits would fit in well!
