your last point about the Pilbara being 50/50 (even higher) RL to AFL interest there? What you may have saw when visiting is hardly proof.
but its proof enough for YOU & fumblers when they visit a pub in Sydney or Brisbane & see 3 people watching a fumbles & bumbles game
& a TV on with no one watching the NRL

214four is quite right
& so am I about DARWIN ... thousands of easterners moving to WA to the Pilbara mining areas & they base themselves in Darwin as much as Perth these days to fly home for their week off & PNG'ers are moving in their thousands to Darwin too

RL is their sport , they play it... they watch it
they care little for that silly little Victorian abortion which is really only popular in the remote communities in NT these days among the indigenous population

For all those thousands of ex-pats going to WA and NT and they only have 3000 registered players both juniors and seniors!
Don't forget they used to have an RL club over there until it was axed by the Sydney clubs who didn't like flying that far! Maybe for those thousands moving to WA they are trying a Sherrin, after all when in Rome. You have no evidence that this massive surge of migration is having the sort of effect you claim - another BS claim - FFS when will you RL bum sniffing types stop lying and BS-ing????
Another lie to add to the never ending list.
Why comment on something you know nothing about.
Did the Sydney clubs complain about travelling to Perth
Did the Sydney clubs get their travel expenses paid by the Reds
Did the Sydney clubs ask that Perth be dropped when SL was over and the merge took place
Again it's there in the history books - Sydney clubs rule the NRL that's why it hasn't expanded to be a NATIONAL comp - otherwise Perth would still be there as well as Adelaide!
NRL - stands for Not guts RL!

You have NFI.
Teams were cut when a compromise was reached between the 2 sides in the SL war.
Had nothing to do with NRL clubs.

The 2 sides got together & thrashed out a deal..
The Big boys ,the money men & the Lawyers came to an agreement.
ARL & SL clubs had little to no input..
This was way above them.

Do the Melbourne AFL clubs complain out the special allowances Syney clubs get ? Therefore logically , them must be responsible for the Swans being in receivership every couple of years

If they had to pay for travel expenses, and Im not sure that they did . But if they did it would of been part of the Reds submission to to the NRL to gain admission into the competition.

OK Pussy post where the Swans have been in receivership every couple of years! Swans have posted profits for the last three years running - the only loss they have had in TEN years was 09 and 10 - so put up or admit your a liar!

It was tongue in cheek. I think we can think of terms for others without using "******". That's pretty "80's" isnt it?

the reds or any nrl team are no chance of getting in to the NRL, WA dont allow pokes, to no leagues club filled to the brim with pokes, to pay the bills
playing in empty stadiums, doesn't bring in the money, & wont attract sponsors, as well as being no interest in NRL in perth
