The NRL invests but they make a $50m profit.
The AFL invest but they make $ 6.7m profit
The more broken something is the more money it costs to fix it.

no its called investing for the future!
the NRL's profit was only so large due to the first year of the new broadcast rights,
David smith was a former banker, a bean counter! why wont he release the full list of spending like the AFL does?

And the NRL will be keeping their money for a rainy day. The AFL already factor futures funding into their profit, and have been doing so for years.

the NRL does after the clubs raid their poke filled league clubs for every cent they have, they then go begging and grovelling to the NRL commission for money. most AFL clubs at least have the ability to make 40 million plus before the need for poke revenue,
unlike your shittly little raiders, who cant make shit
$8,062,476 from the football department & needed to raid $18,637,576 from their poke department
http://www.raidersclub.com.au/site/file ... 199982.pdf
point of the argument, sponsors see NRL as a dead investment
so what does the NRL invest in? pokes, because it is the only thing that keeps the competition going
the AFL invests in stadiums around the country, its future fund & will own Etihad.

Have a read of the Demograhics.
http://www.tvtonight.com.au/2014/03/fri ... -2014.html
Nrl is watched massively by a young audience.
AFL not on the same page.
yet we hear how RL is dying & no new fans..& not female friendly...
Quite happy the 16-39 age group are interested

Actually they are not that interested, AFLcrap1. As I look at those figures, you are concentrating on the fact that the NRL rose to number one from number four in the higher age bracket. What you didn't notice is that the pure numbers dropped as the older viewers were skipped in the figures as the demographic came down.
However it is worth noting that the AFL didn't appear in any top five, even though that prevents any note of any similar drop, if there was one.
As an aside, it seems that the ABC have a hit with The Doctor Blake Mysteries. Good for them.

Are you fucking for real..
You can pretend all you want that you are a fan of Rl & AFL ,but whenever something positive is posted about RL ,you try to shoot it down.

I have pointed out an anomaly in your translation, and all you can do is abuse me. There is a positive in those figures for the NRL. Just not what you were trying to put over.
