And if you look at it from population wise, and the teams/states that are represented it is very even;
AFL - Haw vs Freo (VIC 5.4+WA 2.2) = 7.6 million
NRL - Man vs Syd (all NSW) = 7.3 million
I personally think that the NRL will beat the AFL
