Of course eddies comment alone is not proof of institutional racism you clown. The complete lack of an organisational response that showed racism is not accepted in any way shape of form by 1. Collingwood and 2. the AFL is what shows us institutional racism is alive and well in both the Collingwood club and the AFL.

KE this is now second thread in a row where you have made clear assumptions and been caught out - you said RL doesn't have melee's (which they have clear policy's against - which indicates it is something that happens in RL). And now Harry O where you have supplement your own version of facts, if he is suffering depression because of significant Issues in his past, don't you think your comments are liable to trivialise his issues and cause more hurt? Then you show no sign of remorse or regret instead you compound your behaviour by continuing with this line - don't you have the slightest of empathy for the man? Or are just about point scoring ? Now amount of deflecting can dissolve your behaviour and convert into something else, just be man enough to admit your wrong and we can all move on!

Ahh RL has fist fights, melees are not part of the rl vernacular and never have been. The policy is ill worded and not accurately reflective of the actual culture of the game. I know, i grew up with RL so please swines submit to your superior on this matter. Thanks.

If Harry wasn't happy he had the golden opportunity to leave. He didn't take it. Do explain this for us, Eliagh. And while you're about it, admit that you are wishing that there was institutional racism in the AFL instead of it being fact.

Strange stuff KE. Eddie made some stupid racist comments which he was very sorry for (hes not the sharpest tool in the shed) He has been publically flogged in the media and by people like you. However he is not a bigot, which I feel you are trying to suggest. He offered to resign however the Collingwood board wanted him to stay. Buckley im sure offered support to McGuire to stay on, once the club backed McGuire (Im not sure what his words were) As the coach he had to show publically that he was behind the president (and the club), even if privately he felt otherwise. Obrien was upset at Eddies comments and publically so.
This does not make Buckley a racist. The rest of your comments are speculation and with the facts now come to light, I would be withdrawing your speculation on this.
