Three games a year that NRL supporters can claim they have a blockbuster! Wow, the AFL have at least 1 a week.

I read somewhere that AFL is number 1 in Nauru, so that's two country's for AFL.

Further, AFL is watched by more people in New South Wales and Queensland than NRL is watched in the other states.

That is a win for the AFL through verifiable evidence and I rule that Raider Dave is guilty of presenting a false premise and is sentenced to adding the following signature;
"I don't know what I'm talking about so please ignore me"

Yet you have no proof of this. :lol:

What we do know is that the AFL is more watched than the nRL, by 10m viewers. Wow, just wow. :cool:

Channel 9 in Adelaide and Perth make a loss by being forced to show this shit live in prime time. Same with the nRL Grand Final :lol:

The only truly unified sporting event in Australia is the AFL Grand Final. Australia's game. We're not and never will be unified around that outcast British sport of thugby league. :cool:

Channel 9 in Adelaide and Perth are owned by WIN. Channel 9's new nRL contract means that SoO, and the GF have to be shown live on 9 and its affiliate stations nation wide. Therefore WIN is forced to show it live into Adelaide and Perth on its main channel and make a loss from doing so. They also have to show Friday night games live here on Gem. They also make a loss from the astonishingly low ratings, but not much as the programs the thugby replaces only rate a little bit higher. Still make a loss regardless though. That outcast British sport has no place in SA. :cool:
