The AFL via Patrick Kean on twitter have just announced that one case involving one player at one AFL club has involved WADA banned substances.

The ACC have reported widespread use. Well this doesnt look good for the A league or the NRL does it?

Or the AFL because that's only the tip of the iceberg.

The AFL have also just announced that no match fixing has occured within the AFL

This is looking very poorly for the NRL

This is clearly after the recent calls to name names. The AFL were not told names but were told the number of incidences.

Well the AFL are essentially clear except for a single player. If the report is to be believed that leaves a lot of corruption and illegal activities for the other codes.....seems like the Tele may be right on the money hey?

I believe the AFL are smart enough to tell the truth in the current environment given the implications of lying....Seriously, what have they got to achieve from saying that when the entire thing could be announced within days? It just doesnt make sense...

Protecting the product so they can make money out of the pre season competition. Make sense now? Or are you going to continue to be the AFL sucker you are? They won't lie. They'll just say nothing!
