Who cares, we stole khunt from you guys, plus flopau couldn't play afl for his life, he struggled making gws's reserves #-o #-o #-o that just shows how useless you league players are

Lucky for khunt, he had previous afl experience. =P~ =P~ =P~

People don't go to Giants games to see Israel play, they go to see a young, promising, exciting and probable future championship play. The only effect that Israel leaving will have, is a few less league bogans tuning in to watch him play shit football. Oh and also the teams performance will improve a lot without that spud fucking up their structures.
I Just vomited all over myself.....

Too right. He created initial interest to see how he'd fair. Once they realised he couldnt play if anything he would have kept fans away. Put Kirt Tippett in there and you have some interest, maybe not from RL fans, but we all know Sydney isnt full of RL fans!
Yeah they have Swans fans. And little else outside of league! Izzy was a name on the marquis and now it's gone. GWS = toast.

 who is going to cue up to watch an ex RL player NOT find the ball. He was shite. He created initial interest, as was the plan, but now they need to build a good team, and Izzy would never have been in it.

Interesting fact - 72 per cent of Giants jumpers sold this year have number 4 on the back. That would be Israel Folau.

So many people are still talking about it. All of the RL fans on this sight cant shut up about it. Izzy is still providing GSW will advertising. The only difference is now it is for free.

Ahh hellooo mcfly? Afl supporters? Anyone home?

 Izzy's gone as are the dreams and hopes of 72% of people who bought a GWS guernsey last year

I mean, how would you feel? You go out shoppin and pay $100 bucks for a guernsey and then the player you loved decides to shift codes, back to where he prefers... Those few thousand odd who bought the guernsey may as well come on over to parramatta, and im sure a large percentage of the gullible fools who bothered buying the GWS no. 4 guernsey probably will!

 Yeah Folau did his job marketing wise! =D>

Seriously though, AFL supporters would be better off avoiding this thread and finding one where crowds are the key theme  You're all looking like a bunch of confused nattering baboons, even piesman!

On a serious note, I always thought that the AFL recruitment of NRL players was a bad move. In my opinion it was a major positive for advertising for the clubs but was going to be easily eroaded by the hate that it would generate from people who might have been mildly interested in going to a few games or watching the Giants or Suns on TV. This hate would then be used to destroy a lot of the good will for the GWS and GC teams in the local area. This will be a lot worse in Sydney then in the goldcoast.
