So ah hmm so are you saying if one threatens "bashing" someone or that someone "should be bashed" that's not bad/could not be taken up in a court case but someone when says that "lighten up" that's worthy of a court case for 'bullying'?

What about when someone THREATENS for someone else to be "bashed"
