Round 10
--------
Brisbane v West Coast @ Gabba (Eagles easily)
West Sydney v Geelong @ Kardinia Park (Cats easily despite their poor form at present)
Gold Coast v Collingwood @ MCG (Collingwood easily)
Melbourne v Essendon @ MCG (Bombers easily)
Western Bulldogs v Sydney @ SCG (Swans should win)

Round 11
--------
Brisbane - BYE
West Sydney - BYE
Gold Coast v St.Kilda @ Carrara (Saints comfortably)
Melbourne v Collingwood @ MCG (Collingwood easily)
Western Bulldogs - BYE

Round 12
--------
Brisbane v Hawthorn @ MCG (Hawthorn comfortably)
West Sydney v Richmond @ Showgrounds (Richmond easily)
Gold Coast v North Melbourne @ Carrara (Suns could be a chance here if they click)
Melbourne - BYE
Western Bulldogs v Port Adelaide @ Docklands (Bulldogs are a definite chance here)

In summary this is going to be line ball with the Bulldogs the only chance of getting Xman to force KE to wear Xman's chosen avatar for a month. Please make it Homer Simpson, Xman!

Good suggestion TLPG, but that's an insult to Homer! #-o

Wow upset of the season tonight. Think the bet is 2 wins by round 13 though.

Was it 2 wins total or two wins by the same team?

I think it's two wins for any of the teams KE described as tanksters. Melbourne certainly didn't look like a tanking team tonight. KE looking stupid as usual.

Unfortunately it's another clear demonstration that tanking is a myth!

Heellooo idiots. For those who can read the bet is two wins by an individual KE named basket case/tankster against a non basketcase/tankster by rd 11. Beaussie to hint this was till rd 13was quite ... Well unsurprising.

Howdy folks,

My bet with Xman is not central to the topic of the thread its in so I've put it up here. Its a pretty pisspoor bet due to Xman's fear to stand by his words but its a bet all the same.

The bet stands as:

Gold Coast, Brisbane, GWS and Melbourne will not win more than 1 match each against an opponent other than themselves (i.e GWS GC Bris, Mel) by mid season/after Rd 12 in the AFL comp.

The wager stand as:

The winner is allowed to choose an avatar of their choice for the loser to wear for 1 week  and the winner is allowed to decide the day on which this week long wager begins. (note: as this is perhaps the most pisspoor wager of all times it is subject to change if KE and Xman agree on a longer timeframe and/or dumbarse points)

So far, according to the bet above as we enter round 5 the scores stand at:

Bris: 0
Mel: 0
GC: 0
GWS: 0

I'll keep an update rolling for Xman and those interested. This week could be interesting though with GWS going up against a team that looks to belong to the basketcase/tankers club, the western bulldogs :) Goodluck Xman! :)

Now Xmouse,

It is not a stupid bet, I simply stood by my word that those four teams are basketcases/tankers, and against your word that they are not. You seem to think Brisbane is your only shot, but you have four shots in this. Need i remind you that GC had two wins by round 8 last year. [-X I've given you a wonderful opportunity here so please let me know if you would like the wager raised asap and i'll kindly oblige.
You actually said 4-6 AFL teams were basket cases a number of times. How about we include Richmond and the bulldogs in this bet?

Or are havent your pea-sized testicles dropped yet?
Yes I "actually" said 4-6 teams are basketcases. And I've provided four teams in this bet. So what's the problem smarty nuts?

In any case I'm happy to add the Western Bulldogs as a fifth basketcase/tanker in the AFL comp. They're darn tootin' woeful. So we can throw them in the mix BUT I'll only provide you this liberty if we agree to up the ante. 3 weeks avatar and 5 dumbarse points. How you like that Xmouse?
So, if the doggies beat Port Adelaide ate Etihad this weekend you lose the bet KE!

Go doggies! :afro:
