i said in the thread about abuse that I will accept banter that doesn't target people with repulsive terms according to where they live, like *******, or repeated targeted personal attacks like peeping Tom or foot f ucker etc. these are just childish and unnecessary, and in the end border on bullying.

Saying someone is full of shit or acting like a fool or a stupid head, or silly, or a dope, or dense, or a stupid *****, is part of banter and will be allowed for the time being, as long as it doesn't get totally out of hand.

Surely you can see the difference. If not, too bad.

I personally don't have any major issue with "*******". Doesn't bother me in the slightest tbh, just makes the poster using the term look stupid if you ask me. Our game has nationwide appeal, unlike RL which is restricted in its appeal to just two states of the country. "*******" therefore like I said sounds stupid when describing the AFL.

Oh and lets be honest here, you lot get very touchy about the term "Mungo" or "Mungoball". Is that PC bullshit from your side?

"*******" isn't an AFL term. It's a term designed at attack all Victorians whether they are AFL fans or not. It's nasty and shouldn't be allowed. We need to be one nation.

It is a term of resentment and disgust from one state to another. It has no place in a sporting debate.

I'm happy to be called gayFL fan or similar. ******* borders on racism because it treats individuals as inferior according to their origin.

I'm not happy with gayFL because of what it infers about the players, and it's hypocritical (Ian Roberts anyone?).

GayFL doesn't bother me either. Like you say though, does seem hypocritical coming from RL supporters. Actually maybe just what is to be expected from them.
