You're right. Since rl is dessimated so much in WA it's probably needs no debate. Nobody cares.
Nobody will care when drops off the edge of the world.

Are you suggesting the AFL is struggling in WA and RL is booming? Surely not.

BTW, care to comment on why any potential discussion of RL expansion in Australia has been put on the backburner by Gallop until at least 2015. I suspect that has alot to do with the fact that 15 of the current 16 NRL clubs are running at a loss. Would you agree?

just as many AFL clubs are running at losses .... unable to pay their bills .. slowly going under
the AFL just doesn't seem to care about them .. only their 2 new basket cases that will drain the war chest til its dry
the comp has been decimated quality wise .. it is awful .. it will get worse in 2012

the NRL will not make this same mistake
our new expansion teams will have solid backing ... & there will be enough players of first grade standard out there first .. in Aust , NZ & the UK before we attempt to fill the 50 places 2 extra sides will need across our 18 clubs
so the standard of the NRL will not drop one iota when we do expand in a few years

the AFL buggered this round of expansion up badly
it will take 10 years for it to recover
by then the game in NSW & QLD.... will be dead.

The game in NSW and QLD is alive and kicking, Dave. The AFL has money to burn. The NRL does not. We must expand to survive.

Please name the 3 clubs in the AFL that are the only ones running a profit.

I've already challenged him to name the three clubs who aren't running a loss, so that will automatically reveal the 15 that he thinks are running a loss. If he doesn't the claim should be deleted by Xman.

LOL, "we must expand to survive", yep, you are absolutely right for once RUNVS, the AFL have too or the game will eventually literally die.

You don't have other pockets of support outside Australia, once it goes here, it's gorrrrrrrrrrrrrrne.
