Have you seen the stories that Beaussie has linked about crowd numbers being changed (or fudged as he puts it)? It's well known about the ratings and their lack of accuracy. Quoted for enarelle's benefit. There have been many examples quoted on this forum of crowd figure's being altered. The TV ratings claims are disproven by this website. Therefore they also altered the membership numbers. It's called guilt by association. I'm sure you've heard of it.

You must provide independant sources to prove that wrong.

I think it is time to accept that the AFL crew have no facts/no evidence to support their outrageous claims. One can only assume that they have become so fearful of the NRL that they have to fabricate information so that they can tell them all is right in the AFL world and that the "bad men" of the NRL will go away if they just keep saying it.

Topper has actually "topped" himself when quoting "guilt by association" as some form of evidence when the very reverse applies ie "guilt by association" has no standing in law it is used as an example of what is not fact.

I thought Topper saying that all aboriginals are born in the NT would take some beating but he/she has done it.

The facts tell rational people that RL is in trouble. Prove that the TV ratings and the crowd figures are not altered, and I'll be quiet. Until then, reputation sticks like mud. When you say that the membership numbers are correct I say "I don't believe you". And that is my entitlement which you seem so keen to deny me. I know a dishonest culture when it comes to figures when I see one.

Two new AFL teams are North of the Murray.
Many new teams North of the Murray.

I would like to ask TLPG to provide the exact numbers of new senior AFL clubs north of the Murray in the last five years, even if it's by PM.
