Please elaborate more.
The Flying Dutchmen Amsterdam.
Sorry, I initially read the "three different competitons" as being associated with Amsterdam.
Was this before or after the formation of the Dutch league ?

So I take it the Dutch were playing the French.
Was this before or after the formation of the Dutch league and before or after the formation of the French league ?
I personally know the Paris team.

There are some pretty big developments going on with Australian Football overseas.

The Flying Dutchmen were playing Paris. I dont know whether it was before or after the formation of the Dutch League. Cue Toppers reply "see he doesnt know so he is lying" I only played one game for the flying dutchmen. Looked em up on the net, phoned the contact number and the guy said rock up and we'll give you a run. We smashed the parisians by more than 70 points that day. was fun. I did meet a big hairy frenchman who played for the team before the match. Never got his name. And i marked a bloke from perth, think he was of indian descent. This was in 2009.

I also played a season of gaelic footy for Den Haag if you're interested. Was full of irish expats so fun times too. The fact is during training and after games we never talked about the formation of the club etc. You would know this is never or very rarely a topic players will discuss if you've ever played any footy before.

So quite obviously you have no idea of the situation in either France or the Nederlands .
I know the Paris team quite well. Only the coach is Australian.
The Dutch team and league was not founded by an Australian.

Ahh howcome I marked a bloke from perth in the french side in 09? And there were numerous other aussies in this team cos789.

In the nederlands the comp was not well developed at all IMO. I got a run after making a call. Unless they've made massive leaps I'd think the game is in the same very amateur and 'for fun' state it was when I was there. cos789 do you really know what you're on about or are you just doing a few web searches? It looks pretty organised on the net, as most shhhit does, but in reality the game over there is relaxed as can be.

I know the French league and Paris team personally.
You seem very sketchy with your information.

On the contrary you seem very sketchy with your "information" cos. The paris team had several aussies (atleast 8, probably more) in 09, yet you claim only their coach is an aussie?

Elaborate on how you know them, which year did you associate with them when they had no aussie players. I would find it hard to belive that all of a sudden many aussie players were not in their team. PAris is a lovely city and many aussies choose to live there. In both the gaelic footy and Aussie Rules teams i played in o/s I found Raiders statement that they are mostly all expats to be completely true.

Elaborate on this personal association you talk of cos.
