Really? 54k on a secondary digital channel for 2.5m people, plus add foxtel. This is directly against live NRL which is clearly the state's heartland sport.

Wow Melbourne and Adelaide's ratings for last nights nRL match were woeful compared to SoO. Reinforces the fact that most people tune into SoO as they see as more of an event rather than a sport.

Some of that will depend on what else is on. Not much decent telly on Wednesday evening at the moment. The big shows like the voice, MKR, X factor arent on.

What would the AFL ratings be , on Friday night, if they had there bottom placed team playing the match?.... double figures?

The lowest AFL ratings for qld on FN have been in the 40-50k range all year, plus foxtel. Good signs given the struggle of the Qld AFL teams.
