Melbourne is in the same time zone as Brisbane during April you moron!
The AFL telecast goes for 3 hours so the telecast for both games is averaged over the 3 hours, which means they overlap by 30 minutes. It's like if the NRL games ran 3-5 and 4.30-6.30, the audience would be split for 30 minutes.
The round 3 match was shown in WA and didn't kick off until 4.35.
The matches are divided into segments, pre - match - post . The match ratings are the ones given.
Not for STV, they give one overall rating.
As for the rd 3 game, 4.35 in Perth is 6.35 EST which is not when they played
They do the same thing just give them different name - Saturday football , Sunday ticket .
As for the Rd3. The match started at 2.35 WA time, and the Fox broadcast began at 4.30 EST.

exactly, it started at 4.30 Melbourne time, which is what I said all along.
As for the STV ratings split into sections, prove it

So what's that 4 - 0, I guess we'll go for 5 - 0 tomorrow when the Lions play.

Yep, afternoon games for both codes often rate in the mid 100s on stv

Your game went from 4.30 to 7.00. Ours from 5.15 to 6.45 and got 243k slightly below our average for that timeslot

yes your STV game outrated ours on this occasion.
A few things I'll say about this:
1. the suns have a small following
2. Perth get all Docker games on FTA so their fans dont need STV
3. there is 9-10 hours of AFL on Saturday so ratings for all games will be less than Friday or Sunday because viewers have more choices
4. AFL fans in all states bar Victorian and Tasmania can watch their games on FTA so subsription rates for STV is lower in those states
5. The Suns are the 17th AFL club. Just because they rate below our average doesnt mean the 16 clubs above them are less popular or rate worse. Our 17th club rates a lot more than your 17th club

yes your STV game outrated ours on this occasion. There's been 5 in that same time slot and we've won 5 of 5

The Suns do have a small following that's why they wont be playing in the major timeslots anytime soon.
Aah that's a new but, But excuse.
Tasmania get around 4 matches a week, you really are desperate
Is that an admission that the NRL

on STV?
There are more than just 1 or 2 AFL clubs that don't rate.
