Phelpsy you seem disillusioned with the word because the AFL attracts no real interest North of the Murray.



You seem to want to sevearly handicap the NRL , by removing there New Zealand and representative arms, in order to gain some sort of sick, weirdo pleasure from being able to boast that the AFL can compete with the multi-faceted NRL. Well it cant! Even without its New Zealand arm. The NRL's average rating on PTV is more than 25% higher than the AFL's. Now that is funny

Because the AFL has almost 50% more PTV games, and 30% more FTA games. Its not that difficult a concept.

SKy NZ is an NRL market and will pay them $100m over the next 5 years. No different to the 450m C7 pays the AFL.
