It's not winter for one, it's the beginning of Autumn, and two, plenty of games played at grounds without cover or cover over two stands only, and three, you're an idiot.

All I see is but but buts
It’s not even cold yet and the excuses are already happening!
You also seem to forget that a winter in Melbourne,Adelaide is far colder than that of Sydney or Queensland
It’s not ok for an AFL fan to use the rain or weather as an excuse yet an AFL fan is expected to cop that as excuses from the nrlol lot!
You loons are hypocrites of the highest order!
So if you loons can use it this season so can the AFL fans

here here to that.

Usual double standards from you lot!
Happens all the time that it’s commonly accepted

But but but rain! An excuse is some how acceptable for you lot, yet not an AFL fan!
It’s on the back end of summer you know and a winter in Melbourne is far worse than SE Qld or Sydney

Did you not see any of the imagery from the weekend? Some of that rain was fairly hectic.
The MCG and Docklands - which is totally covered - are a world away from sitting in the terraces or hills at Brookvale, Leichardt, Campbelltown, Belmore, Penrith and the like. Especially in the wet.

Mcg is not totally covered and has thousands of seats!
Still a Melbourne or Adelaide winter is far more brutal than a Sydney winter and Brisbane is you can call that a winter down there!
If the rain can be used as an excuse so can cold weather

Given that rain or bad weather is a common response from you lot it has no credibility!
Also you looks cry like no tomorrow when an AFL fan uses the same excuse!
At the end of the round it will go down to crowds are down and only continue on for the rest of the season!

Most of the nrl games are played in Qld and nsw! Not just a game every second weekend that of NZ or Canberra
Melbourne or Adelaide winter is colder than those Australian states or cities!
