Terry and crappy have really lost it lately. Rants, meltdowns, derailing threads, deflecting, bs, you name it. All over the place.

Sorry dockhead . I haven't derailed any threads .
I do believe it was YOU who posted about a RL brawl in a thread that had nothing to do with behaviour.

Caught out bullshitting again .

Nice try docked......lololololololol. I'm just pointing out the futility of conversing with your fumbling mate about ratings. He's like a parrot with a very limited vocabulary. Every time you look at him he says either 'isolation' or 'one on one comparsion', that's all he's got ........lololololololol........over and over and over and over again.

Polly want a cracker? LOlololololoolololol

Biggest problem is Foxtel.

Nobody is watching the Friday simulcast of Nine!

Probably because the deal is only in its infancy & people are getting use to how Fox League works?

Whereas Fox Footy has been around again now for 6 years, with its Friday Seven simulcast being the highest-rating every week.

nothing beats your claim of NRL fans tuning into the last 20 minutes of AFL on Friday night as a reason for higher AFL ratings :drunk:

I wouldn't like to guess. Though I say there would be quiet a few who turn the knob at the completion of the league and watch the final quarter and a bit of the AFL match. Not Every ones a died in the wool league or AFL supporter.

given AFL ratings for NSW and QLD are no more than 80k combined, and very few, maybe 10% would switch over for the last quarter, and they would only be counted as 1/4 for tuning in to the last quarter, that would add about 2k to the AFL figure at most.

You shorter telecast and earlier finish would more than account for that

On the weekend there was 80k watching on 7mate and a further 50k on PTV. But your ignoring the southern viewers on Gem/PTV as well as anything else that doesn't suit

As for the rest of your post LOL

If we have a blow out its all over by half time. Its not a lot more than a Quarter in your game and plenty of time for a come back.

Sports Fans would generally tune over, what percentage is that (who knows)

But I generally tune in (if its a close finish)

Swans figures seem to be Bigger than the last few years..
