48k MCG for a socceroos v Brazil.....
(the best team in the world)
that has to be disappointing...
Middle of the week, cold night, warm-up match, A grade national side vs C grade
Nahhhh. Decent, IMO

Gee, 7,163 for a Friday night... No spectators, no money, no juniors. Let's hope their 3 exhibition matches can provide some much needed revenue.
The NRL, a perfect example of how not to run a business.

2 codes playing in Sydney tonight. 1 game has a crowd that looks like high 30k, the other looks about 5k. Where is RL's heartland?

That titans game looked like... and, from a tv perspective, felt like it was the Morwell seconds being shown on community tv. A bad look I reckon for a show case Friday night.

Nice deflection and great points you made! You forgot to mention that both matches this week was in Sydney, NRL territory.
Your SOO grasps every year are the biggest but but's by the way

how can you continue to ignore your home and away season for 3 SOO games? You're completely devaluing your own code

lol this was inevitable. Ypu've done the same thing for years proclaiming how popular the game is in Melbourne based on Origin and Grand Final ratings., and ignoring the rest of the fucking season.
And you know what? When it comes to crowds, we certainly dont need it anyway
Higher drawing regular season AFL games -
87,685 - Essendon v Collingwood , M.C.G., 2017
85,657 - Richmond v Melbourne, M.C.G., 2017
85,656 - Richmond v Essendon, M.C.G., 2017
Without any kind of Origin.
Rugby league posting on this board can be summed up on one short sentence "but but but Origin..."
Is that all they got? The year the Rugby League played a match at the MCG they got a bigger crowd than every AFL game bar the Grand Final.

A sell out at Gosford today (not a Gilligan sell out).
A huge crowd at Brisbane last night.

40k is only huge by rl standards.
6k and 10k for nrl gsmrs today. The giants almost beat that on their own
