having been to Parramatta stadium many times its easy to see theres no fudging there

I've been to every major city in Australia, and most multiple times. You cannot accurately guess a crowd size at a stadium using images of parts of the stands only. Crowd sizes are announced by stadium management, not the sporting body dunce. They are required to be accurate for health and safety requirements.

Yeah take away the 33k swans fans for that game and the Midgets average is about 6.5k.......................

As already mentioned, they are required to provide an accurate number for OH&S, catering etc. you still haven't come up with a motive for an independant organisation to inflate the crowd figures.
