Soccer is taking over in western Sydney.

don't worry about western Sydney, how about Sydney, NRL heart land.

Sure does. He types like he thinks, in short little bursts. Its almost impossible to read, unlike Raiderdave who's about as deep as a puddle.

Only 11,923 to the grand final rematch tonight in Melbourne.
I wonder how much the Sydney - Hawthorn rematch will get in comparison?

I just don't think they can survive once they become shit in a few years after News has pulled the plug on them. This is a team that makes the finals every year and the grand final every other year, yet the Melbourne public just don't give a stuff about them.

great crowd considering it was a Thursday night
weather not so flash
live on TV
if it were tonight
or Sat night
or Sunday it would have been closer to 18K
same as last Thursdays game
if it were on at a normal time it was have cracked the mid 30k's , & the week befores SBW game would have sold out at the SFS
but this is the price we are paying for Ch 9 paying more money for 3 games a week of NRL,
then Ch 7 did for 4 VFL games on FTA
a few crowds considerably smaller then normal
is it worth it ?
hmmm
is it worth seeing the VFL wearing silver around its neck insted of gold like we are when it comes to the media deals ?
you bet it fucking is
