How can one human being be so fucking stupid
Leeroy was talking about the AFL game
What don't you understand
It's been explained countless times
Agreed by all except you
The Suns games have a large away crowd number
Titans games don't
What this tells us is they both average about the same then the Titans have more home support .
You can't be this dumb & function in a normal society .

you can be your own judge>>>
Collingwood went very close to outnumbering suns fans..
Richmond pretty much outnumbered suns fans..
Quite unbelievable looking at the footage..
A Neutral supporter of the code would think Richmond was the Home Team on the Gold Coast..

Okay. Here it is. In my opinion the suns Collingwood game there was far more suns supporters in the crowd based on my experience of the game, crowd noise for and against and people I saw dressed in club colours.
The Richmond game ... well to me there appeared to be largely made up of Richmond supporters. I would go as far as saying maybe 70 percent but at the very least 60 percent. I was very much a Richmond crowd.
Lic is right however in that that doesn't mean those Richmond supporters or any opposition team supporters were from interstate. Some definetely but by no means the majority I would think. The cheer squad have 100 seats which were all allocated and there were no doubt others who flew in. The thing you get with the suns is, as there are a lot of Victorians and south Australians living on the Gold Coast most I know or have talked to (chatted to a Richmond supporter at the game) follow their team and when they play go along to support them, yet outside of this have the suns as their second team and go to the home games. This is a very common thing.. I do this and guys I played baseball do this, and people I speak to at the match have done this. So there is a lot of local support for the suns and supporters, it is just when their original team play the suns they go for them . That guy I was speaking to was all decked out in Richmond gear but said he had all the suns gear at home and wears it to suns games.
Anyway, that's how I see it.

As mentioned, many suns supporters here on gc (although they need to do something as pushing people's patience) just as a second club for a lot and quite passionate about the suns when their team isn't playing.

Thanks Fred for giving your opinion..
I think your pretty much spot on regards to % of Fans at game.
The Gold Coast does have a lot of ex pats from all around Australia..
I am not imposing that all these Richmond fans have come 2000km away to watch the game.
however I am saying it is very weird to see a Home Team being outnumbered by away fans ...
in world sport.. (actually I can go that extra bit and say) I don't think I have ever seen it before.
if someone could prove me otherwise, I would gladly say I was wrong.

The titans have pleaded previously through the media for locals to turn up so they outnumber the opposition club playing. I think it was a Sydney team that it is apparently a yearly thing for supporters to make the journey to the Gold Coast.
A lot of kiwis also turn up for the warriors games I believe. And you would expect a lot of broncos supporters.

The crowd at Cbus Super Stadium will be more black than blue but the Titans insist the arrival en-masse of Warriors fans on Saturday will help to create an atmosphere that the home side will thrive in.
The crowd of 18,753 that watched the Warriors win a thrilling encounter 24-16 in Round 11 last season was dominated by Kiwi ex-pats and was the third-biggest crowd of the season on the Gold Coast.
