Swans had a good year, finished on top, let's not forget this.
The Swans peaked too early in the season and didn't save their best for last.
The Lions lost their first five games and looked finished this season but rolled on and won the GF.
During the finals the Swans were far from their best and 45 points behind GWS .
Only made the GF due to the Giants spectacular collapse and later beating a patchy Power.
Four Grand Final losses but four very different playing groups .
You cannot blame a group of players for chokeing four times.
It's never the same team.
Effective strategy, winning tactics, match winning moves ,X factor and extra motivation are all needed.
The mindset and confidence that proved successful during the regular season was completely inadequate for a high pressure Grand Final.

The one common denominator is the coach.
No apparent strategy, no effective tactics, no match winning moves tried, not enough pro active ideas to motivate and drive the team to ultimate success.
The coach failed to adapt to GF pressure.
The coaching that proved successful during the regular season was completely inadequate for a high pressure Grand Final.
I cannot see how the Swans can keep their current coaching staff.
Three strikes and your out.

John Longmire has resigned as coach of Sydney Swans.
In fairness to his Grand Final coaching record, in a couple of those GF appearances the Swans only just scrapped in, only to face a form team that were unbeatable.

Has the best sporting events - also known as the culinary capital of Australia - and also proper coffee - and the cultural capital as well - - the lane ways and eateries - plus the art and museums - just a great vibe all round in my opinion.
