It is passing strange why the rugby mob would try to expand overseas.
Expanding to South Australia was beyond them. The Croweaters are
immune to such an infection. The Adelaide Rams was an attempt that
failed.
Which international competition are you looking forward to most?

It never failed. When Superleague and ARL merged. There were too many teams so they had to cut the smallest teams due to so much spent legally fighting the Superleague war. If there was no rebel league that bled the ARL millions in court costs. There would still be the Rams and Reds in existence.Laniger wrote: Sat Mar 25, 2017 11:26 amIt is passing strange why the rugby mob would try to expand overseas.

AFL has had no disadvantages like that and still Rugby League smashes them in every single overseas market.

No but you have that crap AFL international cup which is at such a low standard that Australia won't compete in.

I don't think too many people know too much about Aussie rules outside Australia to laugh about it?

Well trying to sell a sport that drops the ball all the time and rewards missed goal shots is very likely to get giggles from most people.Fred wrote: Fri Apr 07, 2017 6:07 amI don't think too many people know too much about Aussie rules outside Australia to laugh about it?
