Yes because you go to the beach every weekend in winterParraEelsNRL wrote:Beaches with actual sand on them.
Well for starters Melbourne has beaches on its doorstep with Port Philip bay. Then an hours drive will get you to some of the best surf beaches in the country. Anything else?ParraEelsNRL wrote:Beaches with actual sand on them.
That I will agree on - surfing in Melb in winter is not an option even with a wettie on!ParraEelsNRL wrote:I do where I live idiot because the weather in Winter is fucking nice aye thickshit numero uno #1, just shut the fuck up when I'm on here, I don't want in interact with you at all because you are a moron.
Perth gets very little sporting events. same with AdelaideXman wrote:1.leeroy*NRL* wrote:1. If this is the case why does Perth also average over double the NRL crowds, and Adelaide almost 3 times?>
because perth and Adelaide don't have much else either lol
2. If NRL crowds are so low because there's so much more to do in Sydney than Melbourne, why do the swans also average double the NRLs crowds?>
Swans Average well because there is only 11 Games a Season.
3. If there's so much more to do in Sydney compared to Melbourne wouldnt this also translate to lower ratings in Sydney because people would be out enjoying these things rather than watching the NRL on TV? Or by 'so much more to do' do you pretty much mean watching TV
People are out enjoying them selfs..
look at Sydney's traffic on Saturday and sundays..
it is worst than peak hourSo you go along with this "nothing else to do" BS?
Perth has outstanding weather all year round and great water sport options
2. all the NRL teams in Sydney have 12 home games![]()
3. So what youre saying is people prefer to do other things than go to watch the NRL. No argument there![]()
4. Amazing how NRL fans are the first to make excuses about poor weather yet claim Melbourne's crowds are larger because the poor weather means people only want to go to the footy. Funny how the same excuses dont work for the storm and swans
Go to Bells or Philip Island on a decent winter day and its packed with surfersSwans4ever wrote:That I will agree on - surfing in Melb in winter is not an option even with a wettie on!ParraEelsNRL wrote:I do where I live idiot because the weather in Winter is fucking nice aye thickshit numero uno #1, just shut the fuck up when I'm on here, I don't want in interact with you at all because you are a moron.

yes Sydney have 12 games x 9 teams ;/
when you have 11 Sydney games a year and your AFL FAN
you got to make the best of the opportunity to get to a game
Perth there is crap loads to do, its got great weather, if you want to use going to the beach & yachting or boating as an excuse, Perth can use it! Cashed up bogans![]()
Yep, that is true people prefer to do other things other than sport.
