Don't ya just hate it when someone keeps catching you out
Lift your game sarge
You are getting smashed in a shitload of threads

He is spot on.
As for a SA team.........................not in my lifetime.
You can either expand where the money is or for ever expand where it ain't. Going to 3rd world countries will only bring on very limited revenue and more than likely cause a war with RU who regard this as their turf (Fiji that is). PNG when one looks closer is decades of a professional team.
Creating a team where there is a huge depth of talent is more what it is about.
Alot of Fijians have the perfect physique for Rugby League and great at the game. So makes perfect sense to have a team there.
I am sure AFL would put a team there too if they had the talent available there for reserve grade comps.
Unfortunately for AFL, their sport does'nt really relate to Pacific Island nations like Union and League.
Well Nic Natanui comes from Fiji - but the real question is if RL keeps losing players to Union what message will this send out - play in the 2's (I.e. RL) and when you prove yourself play RU like you wanted to all along?? With Melb Storm set to lose another Fijian to RU seems the case don't it! Sounds more and more fanciful day by day!
Wow one player. AFL is going great guns in Fiji with it's solo player. =D>
League might be losing the occasional player to union. But to have enough depth in player numbers to field a competitive overseas Fijian team in a high grade rugby league comp says a lot about how many good players are playing the game.
AFL is yet to even field an overseas team to compete in any Australian VFL style comps.

Wasn't me making the claim that we are number 1 in Fiji, rather RL making that claim - I am merely pointing out that RU is number 1 in Fiji and there appears to be an alarming rate of defections too Union - Nic Nat was just an example that although far from being the preferred sport of Fijians it is not ignored there is a niche of the population that do play. But by all means keep seeing what you want even if it makes no difference.

Go get fucked you don't debate you contradict - how about you not worry about the meaningless little points you fill up threads with and actually talk about the thread topic. Geez my point with Nic Nat is his parents were Fijian yes he was born in Penrith but they moved to WA and he doesn't seem to have a problem playing the game - so why do you automatically assume that other people of his culture won't - and for the record there is a big community of RU loving fans in WA much bigger than RL. Only a bum sniffer makes these sort of assumptions - no one is interested in AF outside of the southern states, no one would play that abortion of a sport, they look and laugh, these are comments that are regularly made on this site and your one of those that make them - well you don't find AFL posters making these statements yet you like to tell us that we're arrogant but it's RL posters making these generalisations!

Lol so you go on a rant when caught out telling lie after lie on this thread .
Then start the same crap again .
What the fuck is wrong with you .
You make a claim .
I ask where was it made ....ie...RL is no 1 in Fiji .
No one made that claim .
Yet you posted that it was made .
Once again .
WTF is wrong with you .
If you want to make a point ....try posting something that isn't bullshit .
& then again you start with the crap .
Show where I've said NO ONE OUTSIDE THE SOUTHERN STATES IS INTERESTED .
You just don't get it . If you want to debate/argue sport v sport ..I'll argue all day .
But stop with the continuing bullshit/lies .
You can't post anything to back up what you claim .
So why do it .
& you now say that these comments are From RL posters generalising ..
Lol
Yet you have continually singled out me as the culprit .
Yet not one thing to show I said it . In fact I've posted proof I said the opposite .
You're obsessed .
I think I've broken your brain .
You accuse me of posting stuff .
Back it up you lying bitch

Yeah AFL fans know that whenever it comes to sports and other countries. They are blown out of the water by every single football code.
Can you imagine explaining to people here is a sport that you can drop the ball as much as you like and you have 3 goals next to each other to score with.
