It's a clear presumption based on the facts - Fahey is a RL man and headed up the world anti dopping body, he was in overall charge when Cronulla were dealt with (how you can traffick in a substance and not get a life ban is beyond me!) And surprise surprise when cleared on a comfortable satisfaction WADA appealed to a tribunal, in Sydney and they get found guilty. Yet the RL tribunal gives out a laughable penalty and no appeal (which ASADA did in the case of Ahmet SAID for having an energy drink). Very very very corrupt!
