When one club win a comp on multiple occasions like has happened in AFL. It is pretty obvious that there is a depth shortage and the talent pool that is too thin.

99% of AFL players are white and Australian. Not really anywhere else they get players.

Not like the NRL that has players from PNG, England, Fiji, New Zealand, Samoa, Australia Tonga.

each club has 45 players on their lists and also have between 4 and 5 indigenous players. It aint hard
