'Starred' and 'extremely impressive' were the headlines that I read. I also read He will be playing Soka againt one of the star English soKa sides in an exhibition match.

This is just a further example of the vastly superior athletes that Rugby League produces. Ooh beau, once again you've gone of to early, you have to pace yourself.

Where exactly is that article pissycat? As I'm sure every one will not beable to find it?

Haynes only got a game because his team is going crap.
And yes those nrlol players are just fantastic athletes, that couldn't make the grade in wooden spoon winning AFL start up teams

Most RL fans hope he does well, it seems it's the supporters of AFL and Union that want him to fail.

Quite sad that the failure or fortune of one guy from RL having a crack at the USA's biggest sport can have such an effect on grown men that their love of their own sport blinds them to wanting another man in a different sport to fail because somewhere in the back of their warped mind, they think his failure or fortune has an effect on the code of sport they follow.

How very sad and how very snobbish, it's always the way though, anyone from the "working class" game that we are constantly told the game is from continues to put up with this kind of treatment in this day and age.
I'd be interested to know if league followers extended this much love and understanding to Hunt and Folou when they made the switch to AFL.
This difference is Rugby League fans respect NFL much more than AFL.

Why you might ask. Because Grid Iron has many more things in common as a sport to Rugby League than it does to AFL.

I could honestly name more random NFL teams than AFL teams off the top of my head and I live in Australia.

As for Hayne, he is said to possibly get a second opportunity in time. I don't think you guys realise how competitive it is to make a NFL team.

I guess he can always try Canadian Grid Iron (CFL) if things don't work out.
