In this country your sport rates terribly,hence it's 4 yr deal is considerably less than 1 yr of the other 2 codes.
Face facts ,it is not that popular with TV viewers.

In 10 years we have qualified for 3 world cups, stared a national competition, grown ground attendances, grown tv audiences grown tv revenue, an Aussie team has won the Asian champions league, have the asian cup in Australia this summer, have sold out the MCG between Liverpool and Victory, have halted Juventus and Man U, set down for Real Madrid, Man U to play at MCG again next year. That is in 10 years.
NRL have had gang rapes, sexual assaults, countless night club incidences, players raping a dog, another drinking his own urine.
You have a TV deal that is about your only highlight

How sad the only come back you have is tv ratings, the only thing NRL has. Can't deny the gang rapes, the rape of an animal etc, only come back is look at the TV lol.
