Their skills should be better. I mean if a rl player can rock up and play better than heaps of em...? What does it say for the code?

The skills should be better. Rl is a completely different game for fukkks sake surely just because our athletes are superior this shouldn't mean we could field a team who'd win the vfl and absolutely obliterate gws???

Youre using shots at goal as and indication of "better skills" without considering distance and angle, conditions, circumstances etc. Youre a moron

Wookie never said NRL players would be better, he is claiming AFL players would be better if they were allowed to practice to the level needed. Unfortunately science has taken over many areas of sport and kicking at goal is practiced to little these days

we have fairly unanimous agreement here folks! A talking footy first!! The skills in the AFL are lower than they should be!!!

They cannot catch or run so how the feck could they learn new skills to play AFL.
Even they suited rl players have struggled to make the grade.
They had to lose weight and up their endurance.
After all that they had to come to grips with one of the hardest AFL skills - "reading the play".
They've got nothing like that in keep-it-offs.
