The thread is individuals accounts of how AFL is making headway in expansion states. My account was genuine whether you want to claim it's lies or not. It won't change what happened. The AFL is growing on the Gold Coast while the Titans are in real trouble both financially and level of support. :D

The only true statement I can tell on this entire thread is a rl members assertion that swines tried to set up biffo meetings on an Internet forum... And he was dead set serious about it!

Apart from that all other claims could be genuine lies. The only member who admitted he was mucking around was another rl member.

It's pretty clear it who the winners are in this thread, yet again the moral and fact providing high ground goes to our rl supporting members

well that's not entirely correct there beaussie. Let's be honest, the majority of sydneyite members (me excluded)are token marngrook supporters, there at the game to sip Chardonnay whilst clueless of what's happening in front of them. They're there because it's 'different', a fun 'gimmick' in this land, something they can talk about on Monday morn in the office and sound as tho they are doing something unique on the weekends. Sure this is not entirely bad but it's not great by any stretch.

Me, well I'm a skilled player of the game, I go to enjoy the sport of marngrook played at its highest level in the world - aus club level I go because it's a fairly crumby sport to view on tv. But don't get me wrong beaussie, if the AFL did the right thing and put darwin In the comp, me swannies scarf would be collecting mothballs
