lol, holy Hell, I just realised that GWS have a higher away average than every single team in the nRL.

GWS 28 away games for an average of 21,632.

Closest is St George Illawarra with 189 away games for an average of 19,553.

Priceless.

Have to agree... Putting this game on a Sunday night is nothing short of stupid. The AFL forget the amount of people who travel hours to go to the game. I used to catch the train from the country and the train would be packed. ... Whose going to do that on a Sunday night with work the next day??? Stupid stupid stupid . Good to hear Gillian say the Sunday late game and Monday football is going.

I wound estimate about 40ish there knowing the g looks empty with that many. ... And many on the stands.

And how many 40k crowds did the NRL get this weekend pissy pants???? Or 35k crowds???? Or 30k crowds??? Or 25k crowds???? What none????? Yet AFL got 4 pissy pants - says a lot don't it!!!!!!!

if the reason averages have fallen is expansion to NRL heartlands then why has collingwood fallen from 64k in 2010 to 55k in 2013 (falling every year in between by several thousand, looking to do the same this year). Geelong 39k in 2010, 35k '11, 32k '12, 36k '13.

Sydney 31k 2010, fell both years to 25k '12, 28k in 2013.

and then add in the shitty expansion teams you've added and AFL is doing swell.
