Members should be able to discuss their concerns. If mods and admin have nothing to hide they would be happy with this.

Sure, no problem with open criticism. As a mod we are not above open discussion about what we say and how we act. We are not a protected species. If we involve ourselves in a particular discussion and take a side or make a decision it is open for comment.

I have no issue copping criticism if I am involved in discussions on the boards. However mod decisions should not be open for discussion as they can invlove details that are innapropriate to reveal to all. They are also decisions that can be seen as bias by the collection of supporters who believe they have been poorly treated, even if the decision is fair. All we will end up with is both sets of supporters constantly questioning every single decision a mod makes. I dont know about you but I'm not here to be a punching bag.

If a decision is based on facts and not perceived facts or bias that doesn't worry me what they say. I know I am in the right.

It's a grand thing that we can be creative in our descriptions of other members and tell people openly what we think of em. It's always been the case because this is a fight club.

People who commit the behaviours ive outlined above deserve to be named for what they are. Otherwise they will not remember their errors and get off scot free for such site disturbing behaviours. Therefore it simply wont be fair if we take away the leniency to be descriptive when referring to characters.

I don't have a problem like I said with someone talking about past experiences (I played RL in the la trobe valley league!) but when you use as some form of qualification that your an expert on a subject then should disclose it - you have continuously used your past experiences to elevate your opinion as fact! (Your recent post about AF football as inferior athletes based on ur playing AF in the Sydney league and being better than players raised on the game is a clear example!). If you want to claim this then you should declare where and what position you played in! (While on that subject you played in NT, the Netherlands and Sydney according to you - yet you claimed to convert recently to playing in the Sydney comp - how can you convert if you have been playing at so many locations! As to your insinuation that I need to get a thicker skin why did you bother to reply to my observations? I'm delighted to see TLPG responded in this thread to my question in the now locked thread, and he has clearly thrown the ball back into the court of both King Eliagh and MarkZZZ over whether or not TLPG voluntarily gave up his moderator position or it was taken from him. There can only be one solution at this point. Intervention from Beaussie. It is shameful that this attack should be permitted to continue and that King Eliagh is particular believes there's an unwritten rule that personal abuse is the norm. Personal abuse is for school yard brats, not grown adults and on this I agree with Swans4ever. It will end up splitting this forum in two and wreck it entirely.

The person making the claim should link a reliable source .
