You really have no idea!
ASADA is not a court - it is an investigative body - what action have the AFL taken or any official or player that has prevented or interfered with the administration of justice? You don't know - you honestly are an imbecile!

The fricking goose is mixing up ASADA's investigation with the AFL's administrative investigation, just for a cheap point!

lol like he usually does,
makes up crap and twists the facts in an attempt to give his story some actual substance, while ignoring all the evidence & facts, that has already been posted in front of him

And while we're about it, TLPG never said that he would never post here ever. He said that he wouldn't unless some facts needed to be brought to light. There's a difference, Dave!

1 million fine, no draft pick sanctions or anything equivalent, limited staff penalties, no loss of points or finals appearances.
Soft for a team that has already admitted there were horse drugs used on players

I think that proves the NRL is a toothless tiger - obstructionist with no credibility, it's the NRL whose rep is in tatters! How can they even penalise this behaviour into the future - they haven't even worked out how to implement a draft!

There's an easy way to tell if Dave is lying. He spouts junk like the above garbage laden slop bucket.
Oh by the way, my little "literate" fool - what does "northing" mean?
CAUGHT! OUT! Back to the pavillion with you!

yes
probably no draft pick sanctions
ahhhhhh..... because we don't have a draft

:_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<>
the Sharks as a club did not undertake a systemic .. club sanctioned drug program ... like the scum at essenbong
this was a limited program unbeknowns to most club officals including the coach instigated by the head trainer Trent Elkin & Steven Dank
a huge difference to the VFL's situation with almost every Essenbong official knowing what was going on in their drug fucked scum club
still
the NRL has stated it Is not good enough that you didn't know
you should & you will be punished for your ignorance.
rest assured
Shane Flannagan will NOT be paid ...
he will NOT get a contract extension
Dave Smith will not lie to the NRL public & state Flanagan isn't being paid .... or not know & be made look like a fucking goose
the NRL won't buckle under the threat of legal action like the gutless VFL did
the NRL have handled their investigation perfectly as has Dave Smith
unlike the VFL .... botching theirs from the get go like amateur bafoons

well done NRL =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

hows them apples
Turd.... ahhhh .. we'll sue
VFL

oh
the ignorance of fumblers
the dumb fuckwits ..... simply know nothing... about anything if it doesn't have a singlet on
RL was the FIRST .. sport in this nation to have a draft in 1990 you ********* twat
but a player challenged it in court .... I think it was Terry Hill
& the High Court of NSW ruled it an Illegal restraint of trade .... RL has never gone back to it because
well
its players have balls & know they won't be traded like pieces of meat
unlike the gutless little sheilas who fumble bumble & miss who could have the VFL draft thrown out in 5 secs
but are too scared
they are spineless whimps not prepared to defend their right to earn a quid anywhere they choose
we all know you're an illiterate ***** barely capable of stringing a sentence together
but do try & post facts at least some of the time twat

Again wrong AFL draft introduced in 1986 again NRL playing follow the leader - the only difference is that NRL players think of themselves not the betterment of the game - IF and I say hypothetically if a player wanted to challenge the draft the is a strong argument that a practice thats been going for almost 30 yrs and hasn't restricted player movement is not a restraint of trade - those are equally strong considerations, it is questionable if a restraint argument could be run in any event with all AFL contracts having an acceptance by the player of their conditions of entry into the AFL. Again you have no idea and spout the usual BS you hear from someone else! What an imbecile!

it really makes a mockery of the fines and sanctions Essendon was handed.

acturaly retarder dave it only proves the NRL is still the shit show it already was. the full extent of what the sharks where up to is unknown because the NRL commission has a self reporting system, it trusts the clubs to carry out their own testing
where as the AFL's drug system is regulated buy a 3rd party agency.
crunulla has its own doping program, it even failed to employ proper medical staff to administer the drugs,to the staff had no idea of what they where giving the players & amounts.
for all the crap you have said about the AFL's handling of the case, again the NRL proves it self to be a pathetic joke.
but what ever the penalities are for the NRL & AFL, ASADA will have the final say
